Experience the Shazo difference with our hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have a generous 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return in case of any issue.

To qualify for a return, your item must maintain its pristine condition – unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Ensure you hold onto the receipt or proof of purchase for smooth processing.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will dispatch a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Items sent without prior return requests will not be entertained.

Damages and Issues

Swiftly inspect your order upon arrival. If you encounter defects, or damages, or receive an incorrect item, promptly notify us. We are here to assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Questions about specific items? Feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Regrettably, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Secure the item you desire by returning the existing one. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item – a swift and efficient exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Shipping to the European Union? You enjoy a 14-day cancellation or return period, no questions asked. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Refunds

We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have elapsed post-approval, reach out to us at cs@shazo.com.
